Essential Oils

Did you know that it takes between thirty and forty roses to make a singles drop of rose essential oil?  At The Apothecary Garden we are all a little addicted to these precious concentrates.  We use them around the shop for their anti-microbial properties, as well as for health and beauty.

We carry a full line of essential oils from Simplers Botanical Company. Simplers has very clean, therapeutic grade oils that we have enjoyed using and sharing with our customers.

If you are looking for something a little more unusual, we are able to special order from a small company called Wisdom of the Earth.  These oils are distilled by hand in small batches and hand poured.  The energetics of the oils are lovely and rich.  Wisdom of the Earth also stocks varietals of some of our favorite oils-- the Exotic Basil is yummy!
