     Eleanor Linwood and Elizabeth Hall are Reiki Master Teachers & Certified Masters
of Himalayan Singing Bowl Therapy who combine hands on work with the sacred
sounds of many cultures. For many years they have been engaged in ongoing
studies learning the traditions and practices of indigenous cultures. They are
also nurses who bring the knowledge of the medical model with them. Eleanor and
Elizabeth are sharing their knowledge with the Apothecary Garden Community.

     Sound ..Vibration .. are methods of assessing a person's energy field by using
Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tingshaws & the Ghanta or bell.

     Sound & Vibration balances a person's charkas & energy bodies assisting in the
release of stress & tension bringing about a state of relaxation and well being.
 
     Reiki brings the body back to it natural ability to heal itself. Used together
these modalities enhance the energetic balancing of the body to optimal
